Refund Policy

Pretty Locs of Africa wants every customer to feel supported, respected, and heard. If there is an issue with a digital book order, please contact us first so we can review the matter and help resolve it before any payment dispute is filed.

Digital Book Downloads

All PDF book purchases are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, PDF book sales are generally final once download access has been granted.

Download or Access Issues

If you paid for a PDF and did not receive access, cannot open the file, or believe you purchased the wrong item, please email us at prettylocsofafrica@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout. We will review your order and work with you to correct access issues.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you believe you were charged twice or purchased the same digital book by mistake, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Approved duplicate-charge refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Salon Services

Salon service terms, deposits, appointment policies, and service-specific disclaimers may differ from digital product policies. Please review the relevant service page before booking.
